Vendor Policy

Every store submits a government ID (NIN, driver's licence, voter's card or passport), a selfie and settlement bank details. DEMU reviews each application and may request more information. Unverified stores cannot receive payouts.

Products must be real, in stock, accurately described and priced the same as in-store. Keep stock counts current — items marked out of stock are hidden automatically. Product photos must be your own or licensed for use.

DEMU deducts the platform commission set in your agreement from each delivered order. The balance is credited to your store wallet when the order is marked delivered, and can be withdrawn to your verified bank account subject to the minimum withdrawal amount. Payouts are processed by our payment provider and may take up to one business day.

Accept or reject orders promptly, keep opening hours accurate, use vacation mode when closed, and hand orders to riders ready and correctly packed. Persistent late preparation, avoidable rejections or customer complaints can lead to suspension. Questions: hello@shopdemu.com.
