• Account details: name, email address, phone number and profile photo.
• Delivery information: saved addresses, delivery notes and approximate location.
• Order and wallet activity: items ordered, payments, refunds and balances.
• Partner data: business, vehicle and identity documents for vendors and riders.
• Device and usage data used to keep the service secure and reliable.

To create and secure your account, process orders and payments, dispatch riders, provide customer support, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve DEMU. We send service messages about your orders, and marketing messages only where you have opted in.

We share only what is needed to complete an order — your first name, delivery address and phone number are shared with the vendor and assigned rider. Payment processing is handled by licensed providers; we never store full card details. We may disclose information where required by Nigerian law.

Data is encrypted in transit, access is role-restricted, and wallet operations are logged. We retain records for as long as your account is active and afterwards only where required for legal, tax or dispute purposes.
